CLINICAL GENOMICS
Boston Lighthouse Innovation (BLI) was founded to commercialize the Clinical Genomics Suite bioinformatics tools developed at The Massachusetts General Hospital Center for Integrated Diagnostics (MGH-CID). These tools are in clinical use for laboratory workflow and assay management, analytics, clinical decision support, and reporting of next generation sequencing data.
Boston Lighthouse shares with MGH-CID a goal to accelerate Clinical genomics.
MGH-CID has partnered with Boston Lighthouse to provide consulting and training in the area of molecular pathology workflow design, laboratory management and variant interpretation.
